How do I return an item?
If there is a problem with any product, we will gladly work with you to remedy the issue. However, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com to arrange for an exchange. Any exchange will result in a Sweet Spot store-credit, which is not redeemable for cash or charge card credit. Please do your best to understand the nature of the products you are purchasing. If you simply do not care for an item, we cannot guarantee an exchange or return. Also note, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on E-Liquid. Please be aware of this policy, as any charge-backs from your charge card will result in automatic suspension of your account with Sweet Spot Vapors. Thank you for your understanding.
